Alla Vodka Prosciutto Gnocchi & Peas

 
  • 1 Jar Gia Russa Alla Vodka Pasta Sauce
    2 pks. Gia Russa Mini Gnocchi
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto (sliced thin)
    1 cup Frozen Peas
    Grated Parmesan Cheese
    Crack Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Cook Gnocchi per package instructions.

    While gnocchi is cooking bring a large sauté pan to medium heat.

    Add oil to pan along with peas and toss to lightly cook, approximately 2 minutes.

    Add ½ the jar of Gia Russa Alla Vodka Sauce to pan, stir to combine.

    Add cooked gnocchi to pan and toss to combine with sauce.

    Serve gnocchi with a few pieces of sliced prosciutto and grated parmesan cheese.

    Finish with cracked black pepper.
